 Bob and Janet Herndon have been with South Brooke seven years and love serving the Kingdom in Tulsa.Bob is the pulpit minister and loves to study as well as visit and counsel. Janet would be quick to point out that we have three grown children and nine grandchildren who we love being close to. We feel very fortunate to live only a few hours from each of them. Janet loves the role of gramma and is surely the best one in the world. Bob has a new hobby in his life - he is now a docent at the Philbrook museum and loves giving tours. .Mark is a grateful Christ-follower who enjoys life, family, and friends. He came to South Brooke in November, 2008, with the Outreach and Worship ministries as his primary focus. Mark has been in full-time ministry for about 25 years. His experience began in youth & family ministry serving churches in Oklahoma & Texas. His gifts of worship leading, teaching, and mentoring help drive his passion of engaging people in the work of living and sharing Jesus. Mark has a Bible degree from Oklahoma Christian University (1983) and has additional course work in ministry and counseling as well. He has been a speaker at various ministry workshops, conferences, & youth rallies. Mark met his beautiful, brilliant wife, Sandy, of nearly 30 years in college. Sandy is an RN. They have two young adult kids, Jordan and Whitney. They all love to travel the world and spend time in the Colorado mountains. Mark loves to sing, hunt, fish, walk with his yellow lab, Reagan, & watch movies. |
